Yesterday I was away for a birthday party and it was a day full of fat and sugar and booze, so let's not count it here...

1 piece whole wheat toast with peanut butter
Large Tim's coffee with milk
Blueberry muffin with butter
Banana
1 cup half caff coffee with 2% milk
Picked at some pork blade roast cooked in Wildman's spicy BBQ sauce with garlic and onions
Glass of water
Small piece of dark chocolate

Have been feeling really tired and unmotivated regarding exercise. Weather has been cold and grey. Will try to resume tomorrow.
