Breakfast sandwich: cheese bun, low fat shredded tex mex cheese, two jumbo eggs, butter
2nd Alarm sandwich with chicken noodle soup
2 cups regular coffee with cream
Butternut squash frozen dinner
1 glass red wine
4 small pieces of dark chocolate Fraktal

Exercise
Barn chores
40 minutes walking
